Stephanie R. Benske

Stephanie R. Benske practices in the areas of child support, visitation, custody, and placement, adoption, and juvenile law.  She also has considerable experience with alimony issues, and property division.  She is licensed to practice in the Wisconsin State Courts.  She has made an imprint on the law with her participation in In re the interest of Caryn A-G , published in 1999.

She is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar and is active as a member of the Family Law Section.  Ms. Benske earned her Juris Doctor at Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska.  She also holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska.
